Paint the Canyons is operated by Lloyd Black Construction. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website at paintthecanyons.com.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate, we may collect:
- Name, phone number, and email address
- Project address and project details you provide
- Project type, preferred contact method, and desired start timeline (if provided)
If you submit a free estimate request, your first name and last initial may appear on our public weekly queue schedule along with the request time, general area, and project type.
When you click our phone number on the site, we record an anonymous timestamp so we can see how many calls the website helps generate each week. We do not store your phone number from that click.
Maps and address search
Our service area maps, route previews, and address autocomplete use Google Maps Platform. When you use those features, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and the addresses or locations you search. We use that only to show maps and help you enter a project address.
Third-party services
We use a few outside services to run the site:
- Google Firebase to store estimate requests and anonymous phone-click counts
- Google Maps Platform for maps, driving routes, and address suggestions
- Google Business Profile to display public review ratings and review links
- Google Fonts to load site typography
Those providers process data under their own policies. See Google's Privacy Policy for more information.
Links to our social profiles or Google reviews open on those platforms. We do not control how those sites handle your information.
How we use your information
We use your information only to contact you about your estimate request, schedule a walkthrough, and provide a written quote. We do not sell your personal information.
How we store your information
Form submissions and anonymous phone-click counts are stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore) and are accessible only to authorized staff for lead follow-up and basic website reporting.
How long we keep it
We retain estimate requests as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records related to potential projects.

You may call us at (435) 680-8902 instead of using the form. To ask about information we have on file, contact us at the same number.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
